Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Naughty Noodle Fun Haus Incorporated (NNFH) will be held at Level 3, 60 Union St, Pyrmont on Wednesday 16 th December 2020 commencing at 3:00pm.
BUSINESS OF MEETING
a) Apologies. b) Confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting, held on Friday 22nd November 2019 and of any special general meeting held since that meeting c) Review the NNFH activities of the association during the last preceding financial year d) Elect office-bearers of the association and ordinary committee members e) Receive and consider any financial statement or report required to be submitted to members under the Act.
