1 . SHOW US YOUR E-TICKET
2 . HAVE YOUR TEMPERATURE CHECKED
If your temperature is below 37.4 degrees, you can head in. If it’s 37.5 degrees or higher, you will need to wait outside for 10 minutes and complete a second temperature check. If your temperature is still 37.4 degrees or higher, we won’t be allowing you in under any circumstances (and yes, we will still exchange your tickets to a new date or offer a gift voucher or refund).
We’re required by law to collect the details of people who visit our venue for contact tracing purposes. If you’re visiting with a group, only one group member needs to register their details.

To ensure physical distancing, everyone who visits our venue is required to be seated. Theatre doors open 60 minutes prior to show time. Doors may open earlier in some cases. P[lease check the details for your specific performance.
Yes, it’s going to be different with less heads and hearts in the room. Fewer people than normal is part of what it takes to comply with venue capacity and physical distancing requirements. You’ll be sitting next to the other people in your group, but there will be 1.5 metres of wiggle space between your group and everyone else’s

5 . BEEN IN “DIRECT” OR “INDIRECT” CONTACT WITH A SUSPECTED OR CONFIRMED COVID CASE
For your health and safety and that of others, we strongly recommend all patrons wear a mask when leaving their tables
Please ensure everyone you wish to seat at your table is included in your booking to avoid being seated separately.
The venue will be taking a number of additional precautionary measures to ensure patron safety, including:
1 . Hand sanitiser dispensers
2 . Signage and social distancing markers throughout the venue
3 . Regular sanitising of the venue and a full clean between sittings
