Your experience may feel a little different but the commitment and skill of the artists on your stage remains the same.
During your visit here’s what you can expect:
When you book you must provide your current contact details. These details will be provided to NSW Public Health Officers where requested and as required under NSW legislation.
Under the current NSW Government Roadmap, we are operating at 2 sq metre audience capacity.
Any capacity limit in place includes children and babes in arms which means you must include them in your booking.
Seating layouts in the Theatre may be adjusted to be in accordance with NSW Public Health Orders and are subject to change based on conditions required at any point in time.
Under the current NSW Government Roadmap, at this time full vaccination will no longer be a requirement for entry.
Under the current NSW Government Roadmap masks will are mandatory inside the venue when not drinking or eating.
When not mandatory you may see some of our staff wearing a mask. This is their personal choice, and you can be sure they are smiling underneath and very happy to see you!
Venue ventilation and airflow are optimised to minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
There are sanitiser stations throughout the venue and we encourage you to use them!
All venues are thoroughly cleaned by contract cleaners trained in COVID Safe cleansing protocols prior to each event.
Our staff also regularly undertake high touch point cleaning to ensure these surfaces are regularly sanitised.
The venue will be open 1 hour prior to the beginning of the performance. This way, you can get settled in your seat and ensure you maintain social-distancing measures right from the get-go.
We politely ask that you be increasingly aware of maintaining a safe distance from other patrons as you move through the venue, particularly when queueing at the box office, bar, toilets, and entry and exit points.
Our bar is open so you can grab a treat or a drink. Please note, our food and drink offerings differ between shows as we #support local businesses to do what they do best and make a living while they are at it!. Drinking indoors @ this time is seated
Please do not attend any performances:
In these circumstances, a credit, exchange or refund option is available until 10am on the day of the performance. Please advise Box Office by phone or email prior to this time. A credit, exchange or refund will continue to be offered for any cancelled or re-scheduled performances.
Let’s keep everyone safe.
We are very excited for the year ahead and encourage all patrons to stay safe and to look after themselves and others.
It is a condition on entry to the venue that you abide by Naughty Noodle and Council practices and follow staff directions at all times. Sadly, if you do not comply with the protocols in place or staff direction when in attendance, you may be asked to leave immediately for the safety of others.
When attending an event at the venue, you acknowledge entry to the Venue is at your own risk without recourse to claim against the Venue regarding health outcomes.
Kindness to all our volunteers and team is the only way forward!
Thankyou and cannot wait to see you, so check out whats coming up!
