Our Creative Development Program is just one of the ways we put our money where our mouth is.

Funding, Support & Resources is what artists want, need and how great original work gets the space and place to evolve. 

In 2020, we’re offering funding, support and resources to support professional and emerging, artists develop their ideas.

Our program provides platforms for creative development, presentation and collaboration. We want artists, connected to our region, to take risks, experiment and create great art.

Together lets develop and create experimental news ways of presenting something amazing, original.

Cellular Memory, linage & other not so random coincidences.

Central Coasts NSWs home for cutting edge performance & discourse the Naughty Noodle Fun Haus is seeking Expressions of interest which are now open to all established and emerging artists working in any live performance platform, at any career stage.

Aiming to celebrate and encourage the diverse modes of expression representative of contemporary art practice. This project seeks to expand the Cabaret genre into new experimental theatre works across a number of platforms through a new piece of work or expanding an existing short piece.

Naughty Noodle proudly embraces original artists & thought-leaders who are courageous & harnessing the chaos that comes from freedom of self-expression. Works will be selected on their strength and cohesion within the theme Cellular Memory, linage & other not so random coincidences.

We are Inviting 3 creatives (established & emerging) to be part of new work development in which the ensemble will work with us from concept to performance ready this is a paid development opportunity with a flat fee of $1,000 per artist + a $400 costuming /prop allowance for the delivery of a 15min work exploring the theme Cellular Memory, linage & other not so random coincidences.  You will be supported and guided through the entire process by Creative Director Glitta Supernova

This new work will be included in a showcase of interlinking work being presented Saturday May 30^th which also be a additional payment for performance.

Each artist will undergo a creative development between Feb – March & rehearsals late April & Mid May .

Naughty Noodle Fun Haus is committed to achieving “diversity as the norm” through increased exposure to a greater range of LGBTQIA+ voices and perspective including all genders, abilities, classes, ages & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as such we strongly encourage applications from all backgrounds, experiences and abilities also Works that explore and raise awareness are further encouraged.

Note: Selected artist must be able to travel to the Coast (Woy Woy Train station 1hr from Central)  for a minimum of 4 separate creative development and rehearsal dates
