Even in a fragile world there is a new portal opening, communities with new thinking, new art, theatre, music and voice.
Naughty Noodle Fun Haus has partnered with Great Southern Nights to celebrate Australian Music Month in a bawdy night of live music with a parallel 1929 smokey seduction universe of dangerous verses and profound tunes. A decadent post-apocalyptic evening of live music as the Naughty Noodle opens her COVID Curtains and presents heart bulging live voice that’s delivering storytelling infused with humour, satire & lampoonery. “Cabaret as it was meant to be unfiltered & unapologetic”.
We are in awe of the 3 very special Contemporary Cabaret’s finest voices and ringmasters:
Christa Hughes: “exciting, exuberant, inventive and best of all, she kind of gives vulgarity a good name – Barry Humphries”
Drew Fairley: “Nothing has been normal for a long time – Sydney Morning Herald”
Sheba Williams – “A prodigiously talented artist – Scoop Culture”

Christa Hughes
Accurately described as the love child of Iggy Pop and Liza Minnelli, a truly dynamic performer who never fails to entertain. Blues Belter, Vaudeville Vamp, Kabaret singer extraordinaire Christa Hughes (Machine Gun Fellatio, Circus Oz, Vic Opera) knows how to put on a show. Commanding stage presence, irreverent sensibility and powerful theatrical delivery
Drew Fairley
“Washed up desperado and low-end catalogue model minced with doppelganger cabaret artist aficionado sensibilities. Drew has been performing all over the globe from small speakeasy’s to Vegas style shows and across the burlesque scene, circus & theatre. Most recently trapped on a cruise ship for two months where he created his unique web series/ talk show #actualcabinactualfever in isolation.
Sheba Williams.
Cheeky international cabaret performer, bedazzling bums on seats with the remnants of her evening of banter, song and saucy costumes. She has just released her latest music video “The Jacinda Song” celebrating the leader of her country of birth. She sings in 12 languages, and is therefore greatly misunderstood wherever she goes.
It’s time to live it up like there’s no tomorrow, and if you have that feverish sense that everything is moving slowly out of control, come and join us in a response that’s going to inspire you to chair dance harder, faster and more fervidly than ever before should the end of the world draw nigh.
